Industry: Art Studio • Platform: Wix • Services: Website Redesign, Online Booking, Automations, Ongoing Digital Partnership

WildArt already offered an incredible experience.
The website simply wasn't telling the same story.
Even more importantly, owner Ann had become the system—juggling a paper calendar, answering the same questions, collecting deposits manually, and trying to remember every detail herself.
Together, we transformed WildArt's website from a digital brochure into an active part of the business—one that reflects the creativity of the studio while quietly carrying more of the daily workload.
The Challenge
Ann had worked with several web designers over the years.
The websites functioned...

But they never felt like WildArt.
The studio was:
🎨 Colorful
🌈 Creative
😊 Welcoming
✨ Energetic
🎉 Full of life
The website wasn't.
Behind the scenes, the business had also grown beyond what one person could comfortably manage.
Like many small business owners...

Ann had become the system.
📅 Birthday parties lived on a paper calendar.
☎️ The same questions were answered again and again.
💵 Deposits had to be remembered and collected manually.
📝 Follow-up depended on sticky notes, memory, and good intentions.
🧠 Every booking interrupted whatever she was already doing.
If you've ever ended the day wondering,
"What did I forget?"
...you already understand the challenge.
What Changed
Rather than starting with a blank page, we started with Ann's vision.
She shared an older website she had built herself years before. Although outdated, it captured the colorful personality she had always wanted people to experience.
We rebuilt that vision into a modern website designed to both represent—and support—the business.
The website now helps:

✅ Book birthday parties online
✅ Show live calendar availability
✅ Collect deposits automatically
✅ Register campers online
✅ Promote classes and special events
✅ Answer common questions before the phone rings
✅ Create a polished first impression that matches the studio experience
Every decision came back to one question:
How can the website carry more of the weight?
⚡Power Conversion
Here's what happens when the website quietly goes to work.
A parent:

Finds WildArt online.
Explores the Birthday Party page.
Learns what was included.
Chooses an available date.
Books the party.
Pays the deposit.
Meanwhile...
Ann didn't have to:
Answer the phone
Check a paper calendar
Remember to request payment
Follow up that evening
Wonder whether the reservation was complete
The website quietly handled the entire process while Ann continued teaching.
That's what I call a Power Conversion—a moment when a website doesn't just generate interest, it quietly completes the work it was built to do.
Beyond the Launch
The launch wasn't the finish line.
It was the beginning of an ongoing digital partnership.
Today I continue working alongside WildArt by helping:
📣 Plan seasonal marketing campaigns
📱 Create and maintain social media content
📍 Improve and maintain the Google Business Profile
🎉 Build new landing pages for promotions and events
🔧 Refine the website as the business continues to grow
💡 Identify new opportunities to strengthen WildArt's digital presence
As the business evolves...its digital presence evolves with it.
More From This Project
In Ann's Own Words

"You've given me the margin to focus on what I'm passionate about—creating art and teaching people."
To me, that's the real measure of success.
Not launching a beautiful website.
Helping someone spend less time managing technology...and more time doing the work they love.
Ready to Write Your Own Story?
If your website feels more like an online brochure than a working member of your team...
If you're still relying on paper calendars, handwritten notes, phone calls, and memory to keep your business moving...
It may not be time to work harder.
It may simply be time to build systems that carry more of the weight.
